Zeppelin Riffs on MST3K (http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Nebula/2121/episodes.html)

When I first saw episode 101: The Crawling Eye, I was amazed to find that the second joke was
an "homage" to Led Zeppelin. In reality the joke was Joel and the Bots doing a cover of "Whole
Lotta Love".
This was only the second full joke in the episode,
which was the first to be shown of cable, on the early Comedy Channel
Thus, the MST3K-Led Zeppelin connection was made, and continued on during the show...

K18: The Million Eyes Of Su-Muru
Crow sees a group of girls and says "It's take five from a Robert Plant video!"

A big-haired chick is shown, and Crow blurts out "Robert Plant!"

1001: Soultaker
As A guitar solo plays in the car- "Ah! they Picked up Jimmy Page!"
The "Dude" Soultaker Says: "Man Zep Was Wrong. There is no Stairway to heaven!"
Crow replies- "No way man Zep is never wrong!"
During the basement-attic-hospital part, the "hero" climbs a ladder, Mike says- "Ah! there is
a Stairway to Heaven!"
Then, As the Soultaker "Dude" says goodbye- "Man I was wrong what I said about Zep"

SGC2C: Joel's guest spot
As Joel watches an old Ultraman clip with Space Ghost, before he stops riffing He hums
"Kashmir" to the beat of the fighting.
